Working for a really lovely Partner and small team of Senior Associates, this Legal EA role is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing skills and experience and add some real value - the team are very open to new ideas and ways of working so you will be able to make this role your own.

This Legal EA role will be busy and varied and will include:

• Proactive diary and inbox management
• Coordinating travel arrangements and preparation of itineraries
• Billing and expenses
• Producing client letters, reports, documents and presentations
• Supporting BD and marketing events and initiatives
• Liaise with stakeholders across the firm
• Client liaison and support

In order to be successful in this Legal EA role you will need:

• Strong experience of working as a PA or EA within a law firm or legal environment
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to demonstrate proactivity
• Great attention to detail
• Passion for delivering excellent service
