Legal Biller
A top law firm are recruiting a Legal Biller to join their team in Essex- Chelmsford on a permanent basis.
You will be working within the Financial Operations team and providing a highly efficient revenue service to the firm. You duties will include:
Providing a comprehensive billing service
Ensure that fee earners fully comply with comprehensive time recording policies and registering all disbursements to ensure accurate defence costs MI
Tracking and chasing time entries
Producing and circulating WIP reports
Checking charge rates and ensuring compliance with client service SLAs
Maintain matter budgets and resolving billing related issues, avoiding delays to revenue cycle
Draft interim and final bills
Track and chase unsettled draft bills regularly and reporting these to the Team Leaders
Engrossing bills
Draft, amend and coordinate the lodgement of e-bills
For this Legal Biller role, they are looking for someone who has a years prior billing/ebilling experience and preferably within the Legal sector. If you are interested, please apply!
