Despite the events of the year, this firm have continued to grow and work flow is increasing. This corporate advisor are property lease restructuring specialists with extensive knowledge and a creative, tailor-made service for their clients.

Your role would include working alongside the company's head of lease restructuring on negotiations, strategic planning as well as managing a portfolio. This position would suit a determined and innovative individual who strives to succeed within a new role.

The company works with several household names across various sectors including restaurants, retail and entertainment. The nature of the market means you'll be involved in but not limited to, lease restructuring, renewals, reviews, surrenders and general strategy around management of the portfolio. This business, despite their success, has further ambitions to add to their headcount and increase service over the coming years.

To be considered for the role you need to have proven experience within negotiations, ability to build strong report and network with various stakeholders including landlords. This would suit someone who has come from a lease restructuring/surveyor background or an experienced insolvency professional with a background in corporate insolvency particularly trading administrations.
