Lead Project Management & Pricing Lead Analyst
An international Law Firm is looking to recruit a Legal Project Management & Pricing Lead Analyst to join their London offices on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to be involved with supporting the Legal Project Management across the UK, including functional support for the firm's management systems.
You will be part of an established Global Pricing and Legal Project Management Department and be responsible for providing financial support to Partners, Business Development and other Firm personnel.
You will also be required to assist in the development of budgets, monitor matters budgets, provide advice to improve financial performance, develop fee structures, assist in facilitating the approval of fee arrangements, provide post matter financial analysis and maintain client-pricing agreements.
Furthermore, you will model the financial impact and viability of proposed pricing arrangements for specific engagements and present matter economics to Partners and management personnel as part of fee approval process. You will also execute and maintain client-pricing agreements including assigning rates for new timekeepers along with ensuring that new matters are setup with the appropriate rate structures.
To be successful in this Legal Project Management & Pricing Lead Analyst position you will need relevant Pricing experience within a partnership environment, ideally in a Law Firm.
Good knowledge of MS Office and strong analytical, evaluative and critical thinking skills is needed. You will need strong analytical, evaluative and critical thinking skills, as well as being able to buildup strong working relationships with all levels of seniority across the firm.
You must also be proactive with good organizational and time management sills where you can anticipate client, partner and team needs.
