One of the UK's largest accountancy firms are looking for an Administrator to join their Executive Office team in the heart of London's West End. This will provide a great opportunity to progress in your career in a firm that values their employees.
In this role, you will be someone who is efficient and confident in providing a high quality client experience. You will have a substantial amount of admin experience and be an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing support to the team that they're in.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for:
*Maintaining the database and partner's personal data files
*Administration of the partner performance review process
*Providing support to the Partnership Administration Manager during the profit sharing process
*Maintenance of partner related data published internally and externally
*Assistance with administration of partner insurance schemes
*Management of Partnership Admin calendar of activities and production of reminders
*Supporting the Director of Equity Partner HR
To be successful in this Administrator role, you will have:
*At least 6 month's experience in an office admin role
*Excellent attention to detail
*Efficient IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft packages (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
*High quality interpersonal skills
*Flexibility, being able to respond to spontaneous requests throughout the day
*The ability to identify and evaluate problems whilst taking a proactive approach to presenting solutions
