International Events & Training Manager

Ambition are excited to be working on a fairly unique and interesting role to become the International events and training manager for a global law firm. We are looking for a commercially savvy individual who has a good blend of running large scale events whilst also delivering training opportunities to the firms existing client base.

Whilst these roles don't come along too often we do appreciate that you may not be operating in a role that combines both aspects at present however we do need someone who has had exposure to both.

See below a general overview to the duties of the role;

• You will be working across the business to deliver on a variety of external events working across the business targeted towards a variety of clients from different industries.
• Create performance analysis tools for the events/training undertaking, reporting back to senior stakeholders on ROI and putting forward new ideas which could benefit future events.
• Utilise your knowledge of particular sectors and external factors that could influence the dynamics of the types of events the firm should be putting on, the ability to reflect and adjust specific events to what the client would find interesting.

Whilst a knowledge of the legal sector would be desirable we are open to considering individuals who match the above and have a track record of delivering similar programmes within a corporate environment.

We also feel that the job holder will need to have operated at management previously to have the confidence and experience to be able to lead on this area.
