Internal Communications Executive

A well-established firm are now recruiting for an Internal Communications Executive to join their London office on a 12 month contract basis. In this role you will be working closely with the internal communications managers as you will be reporting into them quite frequently, your main focus in this role is to develop the culture of the firm and reinforce the communications capability. Main responsibilities:

 

  • Advise and influence key stakeholders on strategy, engagement approaches, tactics and timings for key projects and initiatives, including advising on audience resilience to change.
  • Facilitate the development of high level messaging for key projects, gaining support and agreement from leaders and ensuring alignment across projects and to the firm's narrative and purpose.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to build and reinforce communications capabilities within the business, with particular focus on skills and support for functional heads, subject matter experts and people managers.
  • Take opportunities to involve other internal communications team members on key projects and capability initiatives, developing their skills and managing their time and workload effectively.
