Interim Reporting Accountant

Reporting Accountant role available at international law practice on an interim basis for 6 months.

This role is working with a global law firm who has seen double digit growth over the last five years in the UK and internationally, and reporting is an area that needs more support and focus for the firm over the next year.

The firm are looking into upgrading Elite Enterprise as well as introducing reporting tools in 2018 so a lot of reporting is currently undertaken on Excel so this individual will need to be a strong user of Excel.

Since the firm's rapid growth, there is a lot of data to work with so experience of dealing with large volume of data in a large firm will be essential.

Key reporting areas will include actuals VS target with commentary, KPI reporting, client profitability, monthly consolidation reports and board packs (with commentary) as well as supporting the development of financial metrics and tools to support Financial reporting, profitability growth, pricing and Innovation to maximise profitability. Help to automate and simplify current financial reporting and adapt to stakeholder usage will also be part of this role.
