Insolvency Investigation & Bankruptcy Director

We are lucky enough to be able to bring to the market an Insolvency & Restructuring Director role with one of London's most dynamic independent recovery practices.

They operate towards the top end of the mid-market and a strategic decision has been taken to hire an ambitious insolvency Director to lead one of the core teams responsible for managing corporate cases and investigation focused appointments.

The firm has had great success over the years recruiting career minded Directors that have worked their way up to Partner. This role has the exact some path mapped out and so you will need to be an experienced insolvency professional with the dynamism and drive to lead a team with the view to making Partner.

You must have a proven track record in operating in a senior capacity with responsibility for leading teams, managing complex corporate appointments and contentious cases as well as pitching and winning new engagements.

This role will at some point provide a platform for you to take appointments in your own name and so you will need to be JIEB qualified. A background in investigative insolvency will be of real interest to the current partner group as well as practical hands on experience managing corporate appointments while setting case strategy, distributing workflow and monitoring team WIP.
