Insolvency Bankruptcy Administrator

One of the UKs leading accountancy practices is on the market for a bankruptcy specialist to join their personal insolvency team in London. The corporate recovery division has a small but dedicated sub team that specialises on bankruptcy cases and so this is an opportunity to be a key part of a successful department that has major growth plans for the next 2-3 years.

Your role will be to assist in the progression of the firm's personal insolvency cases and compulsory liquidations from cradle to grave. The firm work on IPS and so you will be expected to manage each case file in a compliant fashion through this particular operating system.

As the Bankruptcy Administrator, you will be expected to draft engagement letters, prepare IVA proposals, deal with solicitors and agents for the purpose of selling properties as part of the insolvency process, file statutory reports and assist with any case investigations.

This role would suit an experienced personal insolvency professional who is looking to join an established firm at a key point of growth. Plans are already in place to expand the insolvency division which in turn will provide you with every opportunity to take your own career forward.
