Insolvency & Restructuring Partner

Following the latest global and UK domestic economic market challenges, our client has asked for us to commence a search for a qualified and licensed Insolvency Pracititioner to help provide businesses with critical financial advise while also to take insolvency appointments when approrporate to do so.

The organisation is a sizable accountancy practice with a UK presence spanning across the south of England right up through the Midlands and into Scotland. Their growth in the past 12-18 months has been significant with various acquisitions of smaller practices.

Headcount within the insolvency division is circa 30 strong and they are in a position in which they could recruit an Insolvency Partner along with a small team to help support on expected casework.

The appointments are firmly mid-market with solicitors, accountants, the firm's internal network and ABLs referring the insolvency cases into the firm. Based on their national infrastructure and growth plans, the insolvency department will soon be picking up work from a handful of banks and they are interested in winning larger cases now they have the resources in place.

As a result, they'd like to meet with appointment takers that have a track record and/or desire to bring in bigger cases with a contact base that compliments with the existing referral sources.

This is an opportunity to join a firm experiencing growth and with an investment to either back a licensed insolvency pracitioner seeking a step up into a Partner role or to support an already established and experienced Insolvency Partner to grow their current network in a collegiate working culture that values teamwork, professionalism and integrity.

For a confidential brief on this role please do get in touch either through this advert or directly to us here at Ambition.
