In-house Insolvency Manager

We have partnered up with an independent regulator to help them recruit a senior restructuring and insolvency professional on a full-time basis in their London office.

The role sits in a team that monitors the sustainability of the largest care homes and care providers in England. Your role in the department will be to lead the team's relationships with corporate providers on complex financial situations by interpreting correlations between quality and finance indicators and their impact on risk factors that can cause business failure.

It is rare to find an assignment like this that allows for a move away from practice or workout banking but that still retains the fundamental skills of restructuring and risk assessment. Those with at least four years plus complex restructuring experience will be considered and you must be a qualified accountant to be in for consideration.

You will gain in-depth sector knowledge of the adult care provider market, have influence on legislative frameworks, be given the opportunity to network with prominent public-sector heads and will have an indirect impact upon the quality of care received with the sustainability of work that you conduct.

This role would suit someone who has a background in operational restructuring, financial restructuring, turnaround and/or advisory. Knowledge of restructuring and turnaround procedures are key and knowledge of the healthcare industry is a great benefit for this role.

This opportunity can offer a great work/life balance in a team that is both ambitious and energetic in nature.
