Ambition are pleased to be working with a top ten accountancy practice who are seeking to recruit a new head of sales and marketing to spearhead the growth of their Midlands office.
This role will focus on leading the Sales & Marketing strategy & delivery for the Midlands region, being the 'face' of Sales & Marketing in the region, owning Sales & Marketing relationships with the local directors & partners across Tax, Audit, Risk Assurance, Deals & Consulting and ensuring their client efforts (new and existing) are underpinned by successful sales & marketing strategy.
The role would be best suited to an individual coming from either a pure sales or hybrid sales/marketing background. A successful applicant will also be an accomplished Team Lead, so people management experience is crucial.
Thereofore, someone in a Head of / Team Lead position now, or someone at Senior Manager level (with people management experience who is ready for the next step would be ideal.
Professional services experience is preferred - but not required as long as you have relevant experience of working in a mid/large corporate.
