Head of Marketing and Sales

One of the world's leading professional services organisations are now recruiting for a Head of Marketing and Sales to be based in the Midlands. This position is on a permanent basis and you can be in either West/East Midlands or Milton Keynes. As the Head of Marketing you will be in charge of shaping the future of the firms marketing team and working with the local leadership to establish the market. This is an excellent opportunity for you to take on great responsibility and be part of a globally established firm.

The main responsibilities;

• Work closely with local leadership to understand the local market and relationships and networks. You'll then use this information to develop and implement a marketing strategy that is in line with the firm's overall strategy
• As the Head of Marketing and Sales, you will also be driving national sales on all campaigns across multiple business units.
• Regularly advise and consult Partners and other key stakeholders of the business
• Plan and execute the marketing budget including forecasts
• Focus on positioning the brand

Requirements;

• Essential to have Professional Services experience
• Must be operating at a solid Marketing Manager/ Senior Manager level
• Strong track record of developing and rolling out marketing and BD strategy
• Experience engaging multiple senior level relationships
• Ability to act as a role model and mentor junior members of staff
