Head of Digital Marketing

A rare and exciting Head of Digital Marketing opportunity at a leading international management consultancy has just come live. This is a fantastic position which will suit an experienced commercial digital marketing lead who has a strong professional services background. The Head of Digital Marketing will lead a team and drive the businesses ongoing digital transformation. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital strategy and working closely with the CMO in order to drive digital from strategy to execution.

Key objectives and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy to time and budget
  • Use this strategy to increase brand awareness and positively impact the firm's digital capability
  • Line manage a team of digital experts and be responsible for their progression and development
  • Recruit new headcount in order to grow the team further
  • Act as the 'go to' person in the business for all things digital
  • Liaise with senior leaders of the business acting as a thought partner and adviser
  • Coach the marketing and communications function on what digital offers and how this will positively impact the business
  • Drive social media adoption and engagement

Requirements:

  • Professional Services experience is essential
  • Previously held a digital lead position and worked on a digital transformation
  • Leadership and team management skills is essential. Must have previously line managed a team and achieved successful outcomes
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Marketo - essential
  • Experience in advising, coaching, and challenging senior stakeholders
