Head of Business Development - Technology

Ambition are working on an exciting Head of BD for a leading law firm focusing upon the technology space. This individual will be responsible for leading the BD efforts for this global sector. You will also have line management of team which includes current managers, given the level of responsibility included we feel this opportunity would ideally suit an experienced Senior BDM who is looking to take the first step into a role at Head of level.

Within the role you will also have responsibility for a number of subsectors which include; Life sciences & healthcare.

The focus of the role will sit at quite a strategic level and will have oversight of the general BD activity & planning however it will also play quite heavily on enhancing the firms standing within these areas on an international level. As such you will also need to demonstrate effective prior results from managing client relationship projects in a previous role.

Previous experience covering the technology space is not a prerequisite to be considered for the role however we do feel that the client would like to bring someone in who has a successful track record within the Legal sector.
