Head of Business Development

Ambition are working with a mid tier Law Firm to recruit a Head of Business Development into the team. Reporting straight to the Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for a managing a large team, reviewing and implementing strategies based around Client Development, Bids and broader BD. Whilst helping the Partners acheive firm wide business plan objectives.

Working closley with the wider in house marketing team, this is a great opportunity for either a current Head of BD looking to establish themselves in a foward thinking firm, or even a strong Senior Manager looking for that next step up in their career.

The ideal candidate will have experience of professional services and have managed big teams.
