Financial Restructuring Manager

One of the leading and largest UK business restructuring practices is seeking to bolster up their core financial restructuring and advisory team with a new hire into the South West region.

The role is to support the firm's national advisory practice by producing lender side advisory work, supporting on debt restructuring engagements and helping with the refinancing of businesses. This market is becoming more and more buoyant and the firm has a significant pipeline of new coming through into the South West.

Your role will be to conduct financial analysis work on company accounts, produce, review and analyse cash flow forecasts, compile detailed business reviews (IBRs) on behalf of lenders, review working capital and assist with both financial and operational improvement.

If you work and have worked for a financial restructuring firm and have 2-3 years advisory and formal insolvency experience then you be very well suited to this role.

Equally, if you are a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) and have transferable skills from either a commercial finance, financial analyst or corporate finance background, then you will be considered for the role. It will present you with a great opportunity to utilise your finance skills and to apply them in a highly commercial and in demand sector.
