Those with experience working on predominately lender and company side financial restructuring engagements will be key and you will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with first time passes.
The culture can be demanding at times based on the high standards the team and overall firm have set but they are an elite organisation and you will be given every opportunity to progress right through to the top.
