I am partnering a highly reputable property business in their search for a Financial Controller. As the UK & Ireland Financial Controller you will work closely with the Finance Director, COO, European FD and Global CFO.
As the Financial Controller, you will be a key player in the group. This is an opportunity to add value to the finance department during a period of significant integration and growth - globally!
Overview:
- Production of financial statements
- Management of accounting team
- Responsible for preparation of quarterly reports
- Lead contact for the external auditors
- Understanding of latest accounting standards, including expertise in IFRS15
- Budgeting and forecasting for Global functions.
Required:
- A qualified accountant - preferably ACA
- At least 9-10 years' experience, including at least 5 years' hands-on experience as a senior
- In-depth IFRS knowledge
