Financial Controller

Financial Controller: £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus and Benefits

I am partnering a highly reputable property business in their search for a Financial Controller. As the UK & Ireland Financial Controller you will work closely with the Finance Director, COO, European FD and Global CFO.

As the Financial Controller, you will be a key player in the group. This is an opportunity to add value to the finance department during a period of significant integration and growth - globally!

Overview:

• Production of financial statements
• Management of accounting team
• Responsible for preparation of quarterly reports
• Lead contact for the external auditors
• Understanding of latest accounting standards, including expertise in IFRS15
• Budgeting and forecasting for Global functions.

Required:

• A qualified accountant - preferably ACA
• At least 9-10 years' experience, including at least 5 years' hands-on experience as a senior
• In-depth IFRS knowledge
