Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Middlesex/North West London
Salary: Up to £70,000 + package

We have partnered with a highly successful master franchise business of fast food restaurants and hotels to help identify a Financial Controller for the firm's West London headquarters.

This family run business has approved plans for further expansion over the next couple of years and are now seeking to hire a Financial Controller with the ability to support the owners and other business leaders the firm's continual expansion and growth.

This is a leadership role and so you will be expected to work closely with the Head of Operations, Head of HR, Directors and the owners themselves with the day to day running of the business. Experience in managing staff and working alongside business owners will be key.

Culturally, you will need to be an entrepreneurial and highly commercial individual familiar with working in family run / owner managed businesses. You will be given a lot of responsibility and autonomy in this role and will be expected to get involved in various projects across the business and so if you are seeking a new challenge and would like to work for a very successful firm that already has plans in place for the next phase in growth then this is the role for you.
