Financial Analyst

You will sit within a bespoke team currently being created. The analysis will be focused on understanding the firm's financial position and profitability, from practice group to matter level. You would be part of a pro-active team providing valued input to support management decisions.
The Firm: A leading law firm with stunning London offices.
Key responsibilities:
Undertake detailed financial analysis by office/practice group and client/matter level and present findings and recommendations. The nature of the work will vary according to business needs.
Maintain a thorough and up to date understanding of the firm's financial performance and Key Performance Indicators and use this knowledge to give context to analysis.
Work closely with the senior management to provide financial information to support project initiatives including detailed analysis to understand the financial performance of individual matters.
Assist in preparing material on financial matters for presentation by the Director of Finance to practice groups.
Provide financial input for pricing decisions and pitches
Skills Needed:
Qualified accountant or part qualified with relevant experience
Experience in a legal or professional services environment, ideally in a commercially focused role.
Excellent analytical skills
Driven and confident attitude, able to communicate clearly with senior management
