Finance & Operations Director

Ambition are delighted to be partnering with a boutique recruitment and search consultancy to hire for a new Finance and Operations Director. The Finance and Operations Director vacancy is a board level position reporting to the CEO and will lead a finance function of 5 people as well as wider responsibilities for compliance, and IT.

The firm is one of the largest and leading brands within their space with multiple awards won for both their delivery to their candidates and clients, but also their culture internally. They have gone through a number of years of consecutive financial growth and have already expanded their services both nationally and internationally.

As the firms Finance & Operations Director, your role will be to provide strategic and financial guidance to the board and the rest of the firm to ensure financial objectives are achieved. You will take responsibility for developing new systems and processes and ensure best practice and procedures are met. Other responsibilities include management of the annual budget, preparation and presentation of the board back, management accounts and variance analysis. There will also be a number of key projects to drive include automation of a number of processes, news systems implementation, review of staffing structure and remuneration as well as new office move.

Requirements for the role include;

• Previous Recruitment / Search experience
• Experienced leader, ideally operating at Board level or similar
• Great communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
