Executive - Private Equity

We're pleased to be working with an investor with a difference, which is looking to add an Executive to its 15 strong team.

Where other firms focus on market growth, this firm looks for potential of improved performance in a business. If it has potential for a competitive place in the market and and the problems it faces are controllable, this is where this firm can help.

The firm focuses its efforts on businesses worth between £20m - £150m, that need £10m-£50m of equity, and that are headquartered in the UK. Their experience spans a range of sectors including FMCG, retail, industrial, healthcare, energy etc.

As an Executive, you can expect to support the team in sourcing, evaluating and executing transactions and you will be given a high level of hands on experience. Progression is very realistic for those that want it, with two recent promotions within the team.

Ideally, you will have an audit/accounting background with at least two years' M&A experience, although those with transaction services experience will also be considered.
