An exciting new CRM Manager role has been released at a leading Construction Consultancy based in central London. The position consists of CRM systems and wider marketing/BD. This person will play a key role in supporting marketing and business development projects which include; campaigns, client relationship, and events.
On the CRM side, the CRM Manager will be responsible for the day to day management and improvement of the company's CRM system, and working closely with senior stakeholders on reporting and lead/pipeline generation).
You will report into the Head of Business Development and work with them to drive campaigns and project manage a number of initiatives alongside other senior management. The position also has responsibility over part of the global webinar platform and will coach teams on how to utilise it to its maximum effect.
This role will suit:
- Someone who has worked within professional services in a CRM/BD position
- A strong project manager who can build relationships with senior stakeholders
- A highly organised individual who can prioritise their workload and manage multiple projects at any one time
- Someone with a strong understanding of marketing, BD and how to win work using these approaches
The company would also consider someone who is operating firmly at the BD/CRM Executive/Senior Exec level and looking to take a step up to Manager.
