A mid-tier accountancy firm is looking to hire a CRM Executive to work alongside their marketing team! This position will involve being a 'Superuser' of their CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics, and being the first port of call in the company on all CRM matters.
The firm is based in Finchley Central and they are keen to hire someone who has demonstrable experience of designing, implementing and managing the CRM process, developing good working relationships internally and externally, and preferably with the experience of working in a professional services environment.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience of creating relevant reports within Microsoft Dynamics.
