Your main responsibilities and duties of the role will include:
*Being involved in upgrades to the system and working with the firm's CRM system, InterAction
*Improving the way bounce backs and failed emails are managed, and overseeing the data quality of the system
*Developing a referral tracking programme, so marketing and business development activity can be effectively monitored and analysed
*Liaising with a broad variety of people within the business regarding their use of the database, including senior partners, newly qualified lawyers with limited experience in CRM, secretaries, PSLs, and members of the BD team
*Being responsible for the firm's CRM system in Europe and regularly talking with marketing and business development colleagues in the US and Asia, sharing your knowledge and successes
To work effectively in this role, you must have the ability to adapt your style depending on who you are working with and ideally have some experience of working within a professional services environment. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team. Also, it would be beneficial if you had previous experience of working with the CRM system InterAction.
