CRM Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Build extensive knowledge of the CRM system and manage all enquiries
  • Be on hand to offer training and guidance
  • Audit data and complete searches to identify an inconsistency. Then compile this information in a report to manage missing data including client contact details
  • Update client contact details and important documentation on CRM
  • Carry out CRM research for BD initiatives/projects
  • Compile mailing lists for publications and internal newsletters

CRM Assistant skills and attributes:

  • Minimum of one years' experience in a CRM focused role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse common inconsistencies
  • Professionalism, strong communication and team working skills
  • Ambitious and career minded individual
  • Experience using OnePlace CRM (desired)
