Corporate Simplification Manager / Associate Director

Ambition are working on a niche role with one of their most progressive clients who need to bring on board candidates for their Corporate Simplification team at the Manager and Associate Director grade. This will be for their London office.

You will be working on large complex projects focusing on Legal Entity Rationalisation, Solvent Liquidations, Managed Exits and more. At any grade, there are opportunities to get involved with Business Development and it is actively encouraged.

The firm themselves have solid plans for growth in place and with a division that has so much potential, this is a good time to join the team where you would be making an immediate impression.

Ideally you'll be a Qualified Accountant and have previously worked in a similar capacity within Restructuring. Proven experience in corporate insolvency, is also essential.
