Corporate Simplification Manager - London

Ambition are once again working on a more niche role in the Restructuring world - with a firm who have an active requirement for a insolvency / restructuring professional to join their team which specialises in Corporate Simplification. This opportunity is in London.

As a Corporate Simplification Manager, your project portfolio will consist of Global Restructurings, Solvent Liquidations and Managed Exits.

The work is primarily solvent but you don't strictly have to have come from a background where you've only focused on MVL-type projects but it's certainly important.

Culturally, this opportunity will grant you with alot of autonomy, you will work on projects from start to finish and everyone at any level is able to bring work in.

This role will suit someone who wants a bit more "structure" to their day, as opposed to those in a more traditional restructuring role. The opportunity provides flexibility and more of a "9-5" feel.

You need to have at least 3/4 years' insolvency / restructuring experience and ideally, you'll be a qualified accountant just based on the nature of the work.
