Corporate Simplification Manager - Birm / Leeds / Edinburgh

Ambition are partnered with a global firm who are growing their Solvent restructuring team across their regional offices. Whilst this work is focused on solvent scenarios, there is a strong cross-service angle where you will work with colleagues across their various practices - adding variety to your role.

As a Corporate Simplification Manager in the team, you will take a role in managing client projects - reporting directly to senior management and leading a team. Based on the nature of the practice, you will also be working with colleagues across various offices.

The calibre of work you will include but not be limited to

• Legal Entity Rationalisation
• Returning Capital to shareholders of PE-backed businesses and OMBs
• Merging, Demerging and Restructuring Groups

At Manager level, you will have "People Management" skills as your duties will include conducting performance reviews, responsibility for managing a project team, "Managing up" and more.

You need to have restructuring experience, preferably within solvent liquidation work. Also, an accountancy / tax qualification.
