Corporate Restructuring Senior - Insolvency

Ambition are recruiting for a top firm who are looking to add an experienced insolvency professional to their London office.

You would be working on a variety of interesting, high profile corporate cases from inception through to closure.

Your day-to-day would include but not be limited to:

- Working on a primarily corporate caseload including Liquidations, Administrations (including Trading) and Voluntary Arrangements.

- Liaising with various relevent stakeholders i.e. accountants, directors, creditors, valuers etc

- Handling the realisation of various assets

- Advisory work including Independent Business Reviews, Debt advisory, forecasting, financial analysis etc.

This role would suit someone who has at least 3-5 years' experience within insolvency/restructuring. ACCA / ACA part or full qualification is highly desirable. As is the CPI/Certificate in Insolvency qualification.
