Corporate Finance Manager

A growing Top 30 firm is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team in London. With a number of UK and international offices, they are well placed to support clients in their growth.

The team have ambitious plans to develop the practice, and currently provide the range of Corporate Finance services including acquisitions, mergers, selling your business, entering new markets, securing funding, and entering new markets.

The role requires previous experience in lead advisory and transaction support, in addition to strong accounting, commercial and tax knowledge, as whilst the role will be predominantly Corporate Finance led, you should be able to highlight any problems within transactions and projects to the relevant team.

The team is not sector specific, and the role will be varied as such, so those with broad sector experience are encouraged to apply. You will be supporting the Partners and leading a team of support staff, in addition to managing a range of advisory and transactional projects, including managing the team on delivering valuation reports and due diligence reports. You will have a high level of client exposure, attending meetings with partners and clients, so you will be a good networker with strong communication skills. Ideally, you will have developed a network of contacts in the SME and private equity sectors and you will have a proven record of playing a role in the development of new business.

To be considered, you must be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, and will have achieved a minimum of a 2.1 for your degree. You will have trained with and gained Corporate Finance experience with a highly-regarded practice.
