Corporate Finance Executive
An opportunity has arisen with a boutique investment bank to hire a corporate finance professional with the ability to get fully involved in mergers and acquisition transactions.
You'll prepare strong Information Memoranda(s) and management presentations, review historic financial performance and forecasts, research client comparable transactions and generally support the delivery team with their workload.
The business has an extremely healthy pipeline of new work coming through and they therefore ideally want to hire someone with the ability to start a role straight away.
Good financial modelling skills, prior experience in writing IMs and the ability to manage buy and sell-side transactions will be key.
The firm can offer significant bonuses on top of a base and are looking for a dedicated and thoroughly professional operator who wants to work in a boutique that is really going places.
