Corporate Finance Executive
An opportunity has arisen for a bright accountant to join a leading Corporate Finance team at the entry Executive grade, based in Southampton. The team is rapidly expanding and looking to bolster up their Transaction Services offering, with ambitious plans to be the "go to" service provider to the mid-market and SME sectors.
The role will be varied, and you will be advising private equity, corporates, and entrepreneurs, assisting in the execution of financial due diligence assignments, and private equity/M&A assignments, as well as learning about the various funding options for companies looking to grow.
Experience in transaction services and due diligence would be advantageous, however those looking for their first step into Corporate Finance are strongly encouraged to apply. You will be an ambitious Executive or audit professional who has recently qualified as an accountant within a reputable firm, with a genuine appetite to pursue a career within Corporate finance. There will be the opportunity to get involved with business development, generation and marketing, so motivated candidates with a good commercial acumen are desired.
