Corporate Finance Executive

We are delighted to be partnering with M&A advisory and Transaction Services specialists who are searching for Qualified Accountants motivated to start their career within Corporate Finance in their Southampton office. Due to their increase in deal flow our client are looking to add a Corporate Finance Executive in to their Transaction Services team.

As a Corporate Finance Executive within Transaction Services you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with Managers and Directors on live transactions
• Providing transaction support in regards to financial due diligence
• You will be required to build and improve various financial models
• Building relationships with existing and new clients

The right person for this role is somebody who is a Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent) who has a passion for Corporate Finance. If audit is no longer for you, and you want to kick-start your Corporate Finance career then this opportunity is one you must consider.
