Corporate Finance Executive

We are delighted to be partnering with M&A advisory and Transaction Services specialists who are searching for Qualified Accountants motivated to start their career within Corporate Finance. Due to their increase in deal flow our client are continually looking to grow their successful and dynamic team.

This company work across a variety of sectors and have developed strong relationships within the banking, private equity and alternative finance world.

As a Corporate Finance Executive you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with Managers and Directors on live transactions
• Providing transaction support in regards to financial due diligence, writing up information memorandums and performing company valuations
• You will be required to build and improve various financial models
• Building relationships with existing and new clients

The right person for this role is somebody who is a Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent) who has a passion for Corporate Finance. If audit is no longer for you, and you want to kick-start your Corporate Finance career then this opportunity is one you must consider.
