Corporate Finance Associate (TMT)

Ambition is pleased to be working with a fast-growing boutique M&A advisory firm specialising in TMT. Having successfully completed over 100 transactions to date, the firm is now looking to bolster its team in London with the addition of an Associate.

The firm works with business across a range of sectors, with a TMT twist, focusing on those that wish to acquire or invest in technology companies to give them a competitive edge. The firm works closely with these businesses whilst using their tried and tested strategy to help them achieve their financial and strategic business objectives.

The team offers its clients advice across a wide range of strategic matters including mergers & acquisitions, capital raisings, LBO's, divestitures, and restructurings. You will be an accomplished corporate finance professional, likely having trained with and gained at least 3 years' experience in a leading investment bank, or you will have trained with one of the Big 4 and gained at least 2 years' strong M&A experience. You will have a good mix of buy-side and sell-side experience although those with a leaning towards sell-side experience are in a strong position.

You are working with technology companies and will therefore need to be sharp, creative and be able to take the initiative. You will have a keen eye for detail and you will be the kind of person to strive to get it right first time - you don't make the same mistake twice.
