Corporate Finance Associate Director
Following recent senior hires across the UK, a specialist boutique advisory firm are seeking to bolster their Corporate Finance offering further by hiring a highly credible CF Associate Director into the main London office.
The team are originating a broad range of transactions including buy and sell-side M&A work, MBOs and fund-raisers that typically range between £10m - £100m in size although some deals are at the £300m mark in value. Sectors are equally varied and include Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Retail & Consumer, Media, Automotive, Manufacturing, Business Services and Financial Services.
With a strong pipeline of new transactions, the need to hire experienced lead advisors who can deliver transactional support and lead advisory services on each deal is imperative for the department to progress forward.
The department leaders originating this work all worked at the very best global consultancy and accountancy firms before joining this boutique and their focus on lower mid-market transactions tailors nicely to the work conducted by the Restructuring, Debt Advisory and Insolvency Partners around the business.
To be considered for the role, the team are looking for someone with strong exposure to buy and sell side M&A work, special situations and financial due diligence assignments. You must have run and lead on deals and be motivated to push on and start building up a network of contacts that can in turn refer future work.
