Contentious Insolvency - Associate Director

To those Insolvency professionals who have a particular interest in Contentious Insolvency - I am recruiting with one of our partnered clients who need an insolvency professional to join them at the Associate Director level.

As an insolvency Associate Director, you will be leading on a portfolio of clients whilst also taking charge of the more commercial strategy for the growth and development of the department and firm.

Within this insolvency function, you will be leading on personal and corporate insolvency cases - typically liquidations and bankruptcies - which can be complex and high profile.

Other duties will include but not be limited to stakeholder management, internally and externally, staff review procedures, monitoring profitability/recoverability of work, recruitment of staff and more.

At this level, you will be in possession of either insolvency and/or accountancy qualifications - ACA/ACCA/CA/CPI/JIEB.

You don't need to be currently working in a contentious role but you need to have prven experience within insolvency investigations.

Culturally, this firm is impressive - you wouldn't get overawed with the size and structure allows for visibility with all levels of seniority.

If this is the type of role you can see yourself progressing into, don't hesitate to apply!
