Communications Manager

A leading Commercial Real Estate Adviser is looking for a London based Communications/PR Manager to join the UK team reporting directly into the Head of Communications. This role will be an important part of the global marketing and communications team.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for running the corporate press office and maintaining strong relationships with national and trade journalists. You will develop and manage a communications plan with a view to increase awareness of the overall brand. Managing PR agencies and ensuring agencies are fully informed of all business activity will also be an important element of this position.

This is an excellent time to be joining the business as you will be able to support the brand post structural change meaning you will have the opportunity to help shape things moving forward.

Requirements:

You will be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and be able to confidently advise on best practice. It will be important to have had experience managing external agencies and be able to maintain strong relationships. Having Property/Real Estate experience is highly desired.

The client will look at someone with circa 5 years' experience in a PR B2B position and would also consider someone who is at the executive/senior executive level looking to step up to manager. This person, however, must be comfortable operating at a manager level and managing their own workload independently.
