Commercial Finance / FP&A Director

We have partnered with a highly successful master franchise business of fast food restaurants and hotels to help identify a Commercial Finance Director for the firm's West London headquarters.

This family run business has approved plans for further expansion over the next couple of years and are now seeking to hire a commercial finance professional with the ability to support the owners and other business leaders the firm's continual expansion and growth.

The firm raises debt through bank financing to help fund its acquisitions and they require a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in raising debt to come in an operate as the commercial finance lead.

You will build financial models, lead on quality forecasting and produce quarterly reports for the banks as well as review loan agreements and debt/banking/financial covenants. In addition, you will be expected to handle refinancing loans for the firm's hotels by producing reports to the bank detailing capital expenditure as well as work in conjunction with the Senior Financial Controller to produce budgets for the various franchise businesses.

This is a leadership role and so you will be expected to work closely with the Head of Operations, Head of HR, the Senior Financial Controller and the owners themselves with the day to day running of the business. Experience in managing staff and working alongside business owners will be key.

Culturally, you will need to be an entrepreneurial and highly commercial individual familiar with working in family run / owner managed businesses.
