Client relationship Manager

We are working with an established UK headquartered law firm to bring in an ambitious client relationship manager to look after one of the firms flagship practice areas. You will be working closely with the firms Senior BDM's and Head of BD to devise and implement core CRM strategy for a number of the firms key client base.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure that the platinum client relationships are managed and maintained through best practice and implementing retention initiatives to strengthen the relationships.
  • To better coordinate and monitor the firms activates with their key intermediaries.
  • Manage the annual client planning review process and providing transparent action points.
  • Work with client partners on effective new and existing initiatives to increase revenue.

The successful candidate will have managed a client programme within professional services and be able to demonstrate where they have nurtured and built successful client relationships in previous roles. A previous background within the Legal sector would be preferred but we would also welcome engagement from individuals from a big 4 or consultancy background.

Experience wise we are open to individuals looking to take their first step into management or current managers looking to transition, we would also be keen to engage with broader business development professionals who are keen to specialise in CRM.
