Client Relationship Executive

A leading Property consultancy is looking to hire a Client Relationship Executive to join their growing team on a permanent business.

Working in a truly global company you will be contributing to some off the biggest and exciting projects in the property market. The role will be highly influential as you will be reporting directly into the Head of Business Development and will be responsible for managing and maintaining the relationships between some of the businesses highest revenue generating clients.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking appropriate research to assist the senior leadership team in gaining a better understanding of clients
• Assisting Head of Business Development and senior leadership in gathering feedback from client interviews
• Managing key accounts in order to drive revenue and account growth
• Making client recommendations through data analysis and research
• Working closely with Client Relationship Partners with the successful delivery of client objectives
• Working with the wider Business Development team

Requirements

• Professional services experience essential (Property desired)
• Educated to a Graduate level or higher
• Currently in a BD or Client Relationship role within a professional services firm
• Able to liaise with senior stakeholders with the ability to manage expectations and influence
• Pro-active, hands-on. Strong sense of self-motivation
• Good Knowledge of all Microsoft office software - particularly excel
• Excellent personal presentation
