Client Account Manager - French speaking
Ambition are working in partnership with a global law firm to recruit a fluent French speaker to take on an account management position within the firms International client relationship team.
Within this role you will be responsible for managing a handful of the firmskey international clients that are headquartered in France.
The expectation is for you to become the main point of contact for this select group of clients and partners based in France & globally who work with each individual client.
The client base will range from global technology firms to corporate financial services organisations.
Outline of duties will include;
- Develop and take responsibility for the client care plan, evaluating each client need on it's own merit and coordinating a relationship roadmap in coordination with the partners.
- Nurture and build relationships directly with the client, cementing yourself as the 'go to' individual for client queries and questions.
- Advise and assist partners when attending client review meetings, there will be an expectation for you to attend these in person.
- Ensure that key information on the client is passed on throughout the firm to ensure a greater level of client care across the board.
Whilst prior CRM experience would be advantageous, we are quite open to individuals transitioning from a broader BD or Marketing position, however we believe having prior experience of working within a law firm will be required to be successful within the role.
*The role will be based in London but will require adhoc travel to Paris, this could be changeable but will equate to roughly once per month.
We would also welcome applications from Legal BD professionals based in Paris that may be open to relocating to London.
