Business Restructuring Manager

We are excited to have partnered up with one of the UKs leading specialist mid-market accountancy practices to identity a talented and commercial business restructuring professional to lead on secured lender advisory work in London.

The restructuring and insolvency division are known for winning quality corporate and personal insolvency case files but with the firm committed to continual annual growth, they have recently started to attract bank led advisory engagements hence the need for this recruit.

The work is likely to be more secured lender advisory work in the form of IBRs, option reviews and investigation reporting on behalf of a bank. Recruiting a commercially aware and career minded restructuring professional is therefore key to the continual success of this highly profitable insolvency division.

The gap is at Manager level although the Partner group are open to considering talented newly qualified accountants (ACA / ACCA) with a background in producing this type of lender advisory work. The opportunity for fast track career progression is certainly available.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a skill set that included producing reports on behalf of banks when conducting reviews on the financial health of an organisation. Prior IBR experience is therefore essential.

Those who have also worked on corporate insolvencies will be well considered as you will at times work on formal appointments in conjunction with these advisory engagements.
