Business Restructuring Manager
We have been approached by a leading global accountancy practice to help them hire a Business Restructuring Manager for their Birmingham office.
The primary focus of the role is to profitably manage an array of advisory and restructuring engagements whilst ensuring excellent client service. Although Midlands based, the team operate on a national basis and are in constant communication with the other UK offices and so there will be occasions when travel to other regions will need to take place.
A major part of the role will be to plan the advisory assignments in accordance with the Firm's standard procedures and to confirm arrangements with the client and Partners in terms of costs and budgets.
In addition, the role will involve mentoring and training more junior staff members on the delivery of IBR work, completing work to budget, assisting in recruitment and marketing activities and to closely monitor the profitability and recoverability of work in progress.
To obtain an interview, you will need to be a qualified ACCA/ACA and have good experience managing Restructuring/Advisory assignments such as pre-lending business reviews, cash flow forecasting. Contingency planning engagements and options analysis work.
