Business Development Manager - Innovative law firm
We are working in partnership with a highly innovative and successful law firm, who model themselves with real distinction to the traditional law firm setup. The firm are currently undergoing tremendous financial growth and have this newly created opportunity to become a pivotal part of their BD operation.
The role will work in tandem with the BD Director and will lead on a multiple of BD,Marketing & Client relationship initiatives, including;
- Developing and running innovative marketing campaigns, with the aim of raising the profile of specific areas of the business.
- Market mapping and providing strategic advice to partners and senior stakeholders on how to further increase their market share and financial revenue.
- Leading on running high profile events and becoming an ambassador for the firm both internally and externally.
This role would ideally suit someone who is currently operating at BDM level or is seeking to move into a management role but finds the idea of trying something slightly different to the traditional law firm model appealing.
We are also looking for someone to demonstrate an innovative mindset and someone who enjoys mentoring junior members of staff although prior experience of this is not essential.
