Billing Analyst

A leading international law firm is looking for a Billing Analyst to join their Accounts department on a permanent basis.

Your duties will include:

-Providing support to the Partners and Fee earners for processing bills
-Review and edit pre-bills
-Produce bills under instruction
-Prompt dispatch of bills via email/post/e-billing
-Ensure compliance with UK VAT and SAR's
-Updating professional disbursement invoices for billing using Chrome-River
-Process time transfers and time edits
-Time and disbursement write-offs
-Assisting with working capital management
-Client/matter rates management
-Resolving Billing queries
-Reporting
-Liaise with other teams such as Credit Control

For this role you will have key communication skills and the ability work closely with Partners. You will have SAR and a knowledge of VAT for law firm billing.

You will need Mathematics up to A-Level and have previous legal billing experience.
