Currently working with a law firm who are recruiting a Bids Advisor to join a close nit BD and Marketing team. The firm offer a fantastic culture and are big on work life balance and hold a real adult environment the team are hugely progressive, and this is brand new role so you have the opportunity to develop as the team / grow.
You will hold full responsibility for:
- Working with fee earners to develop strong key selling messages
- Providing insight into clients and markets by collating research for pre-tender
- Fee earner coaching
- Assisting with the rehearsal of pitch teams
- Project managing all aspects of tender responses and pitches
- Supporting large strategic pitches by drafting action plans and preparing proposal structures and collating content
To be successful in your application you will need to hold experience in Bids / Pitches for a professional services firm. Hold confidents in working in a new stand-alone Bids role with of course the support of the wider BD and Marketing team.
